Pricing

Honest numbers, no discovery-call hostage situation.

Most consultants withhold pricing until they've extracted a 45-minute call. I'd rather you self-qualify in the next 60 seconds. These are the published floors. They reflect senior, hands-on work from one operator, not a layer of account managers passing your brief around a room.

Full detail, proof and booking

What you get

  • 50 buyer-intent prompts, designed specifically for your market
  • Coverage across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, plus Google's AI Overviews on 20 tracked keywords
  • Citation and recommendation tracking versus your three nearest competitors
  • Hallucination and entity-confusion checks, with verbatim evidence
  • Schema, structured data and llms.txt review
  • A prioritised remediation plan, ranked worst problems first

Expanded scope (add-on)

  • Expanded prompt set (100+) or extra competitors: scoped on request
02 · Implementation

Remediation Sprint · from £4,000

The natural next step after an AI Visibility Audit. I implement the prioritised plan over four to six weeks: schema, llms.txt, entity disambiguation, content scaffolds, the actual technical lift. The walkthrough is where most clients commit, because the plan is already in their hands and the gap between "we should do this" and "we have done this" is the bit that usually never gets bridged.

Best paired with: Monthly Re-measurement (below), so you can see the lift land in real numbers month by month.

What gets done

  • Schema and structured-data fixes shipped, validated against the rich results test
  • llms.txt written, deployed and tested across engines
  • Entity disambiguation: Wikidata, About page, schema sameAs, llms.txt, third-party signals
  • Content scaffolds for the highest-priority remediation items (briefs your team can run with, or that I write)
  • Working session with your developer or content lead for the items they need to own
03 · Subscription

Monthly Re-measurement · £750/month

Your LLM visibility score re-run every month: same prompt set, same engines, tracked against your baseline. You see whether the remediation is working, whether a competitor has gained ground and whether a new model tier has changed the picture. Billed quarterly at £2,250, because an audit from Q1 is stale by Q3. Set up once at the audit walkthrough, cancel any time, and your first quarter carries a £1,000 credit from the audit fee.

Best paired with: an AI Visibility Audit baseline and a Remediation Sprint, so there's something to measure the lift against.

What you get each month

  • Re-run of your original 50 prompts across the same four engines
  • Visibility score delta versus your baseline (and versus last month)
  • Competitor citation share movement: who's gaining, who's dropping
  • Any new hallucinations or entity flags that have emerged
  • A short written commentary on what changed and what, if anything, to do about it
04 · Productised audit

E-E-A-T Audit · from £1,500

About 89 structured checks across Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trust, the signals search engines and answer engines now lean on heavily for YMYL and high-stakes queries. Run by tooling I built, interpreted by me, written up so it actually reads.

Delivered: within one week. Format: designed report with prioritised actions.

What you get

  • 89 structured checks, each scored against Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trust
  • Brand and trust signals (41 checks): contact details, policies, transparency and the credibility basics engines look for
  • Author signals (22 checks): profiles, bios, credentials and evidence of real expertise behind the content
  • Content signals (26 checks): clear authorship, schema, dates, freshness and update transparency
  • Prioritised fixes ranked by impact, each tied to the check that failed
05 · Retainer

Monthly Retainer · from £4,000/month

Senior, hands-on work across GEO, SEO, content strategy or AI automation, scoped around outcomes rather than hours. Three-month minimum so we can actually do something worth measuring, not just hand over a status report on the second Tuesday of every month.

How it works

  • Three-month minimum, monthly thereafter with 30 days' notice
  • Scope agreed up front: deliverables, decisions and where I sit in your team's week
  • Weekly working session, async updates, monthly readout
  • No timesheet theatre. If the work's done, the work's done

Typical engagements

  • GEO & AI visibility lead for established brands
  • Fractional Head of SEO for scaleups and ecommerce
  • Migration or replatform lead for teams without that scar tissue
  • Automation build-out for marketing or ops
06 · Project & advisory

Project Work · £900/day

For fixed-scope work that doesn't need a retainer: a migration plan, a one-off technical SEO audit, an automation discovery scan or a few days of strategic advisory. Day rate is honest. Scope is written down. No mystery hours.

Examples

  • Migration or replatform plan: typically 4 to 8 days
  • Technical SEO audit (non-LLM): typically 3 to 5 days
  • Automation discovery and prioritised backlog: typically 2 to 4 days
  • Strategic advisory: half-day or full-day sessions, in person in Brighton or London, on site with clients around the south east (within reason) or remote
How engagements usually start

Audit first. Then we decide what's actually worth doing.

Almost every paid engagement here begins with one of the audits above. It's faster, cheaper and a lot more honest than a 90-page proposal full of confidence and assumptions. We measure the problem first, then we agree what's worth fixing and, just as usefully, what isn't.

01 · Audit

Measure first

An AI Visibility or E-E-A-T audit gives us a measured baseline rather than a hunch. It's also the cheapest possible way to find out whether we'd be a fit before either of us is committed.

02 · Decide

Plan based on evidence

From the audit we agree what's worth fixing, in what order and whether it's a project, a retainer or a "leave it alone, you're fine." All three are real outcomes.

03 · Build

Do the work

Project or retainer, scoped to results, run by one senior operator. No layers, no juniors learning on your budget, no scope creep dressed up as "iteration".

FAQ

Fair questions about pricing.

Why publish your rates? Most consultants don't.

Because most consultants are running a discovery-call hostage situation, and I'm not a salesperson. Published rates let you self-qualify in 60 seconds. If the numbers work for you, great, we have a conversation worth having. If they don't, you've saved an hour, which is worth more than any sales call.

Are these prices fixed or "from"?

The AI Visibility Audit is a fixed £4,000 at the published scope. The rest are "from" prices, with the floors set deliberately so they reflect the actual work involved. Most engagements come in at or near the floor. Larger scopes, bigger brands or international footprints can push higher, and that's quoted up front in writing before anything starts.

Do you discount?

Rarely, and never quietly. If there's a strategic reason to discount, for instance a multi-quarter retainer commitment or a brand whose case study would be genuinely valuable, it's a written, time-bound arrangement, not a vibes-based haircut to win the work. The default is the published rate.

Do you do equity, deferred fees or revenue share?

Not as a default. For the right early-stage company with a credible cap table, equity-plus-cash arrangements are something I'll discuss, but the conversation starts with the cash floor still being real. Free work in exchange for "exposure" is a no.

How do invoices, VAT and payment terms work?

The AI Visibility Audit can be paid by card on the audit page, or invoiced if your finance team prefers. Retainers are invoiced monthly; projects and other audits on delivery. No UK VAT is currently charged. Payment terms are 14 days. Bank transfer for UK clients, Wise for international. No portals to log into, no procurement labyrinths to navigate.

What if my budget is genuinely below these floors?

Then the free LLM visibility check is yours and the blog is yours and you should keep both. I write openly about GEO, SEO and AI automation, and a determined reader can get a lot done from the public material. When budget catches up, I'll still be here.

Start small or start big

Free check, paid audit or a real conversation.

The free LLM visibility check is the lowest-friction way in. The AI Visibility Audit is the right call if you already know AI search is a problem and you want a measured plan. A direct conversation works too, especially if you're not sure which of those is the right step.
